To New Beginnings
In the past, I let things define me that should never have held me back from chasing my dreams. I know it’s unhealthy to live so deeply in the past that you can’t see the future. As I dust off the name of a studio I once worked for and loved with my whole heart, I feel ready to begin again through something that once brought me so much joy.
I’m determined to post more consistently and to be more mindful of my social media presence. Letting go of the past means pushing myself to get out of my own head and simply write. I’m not exaggerating when I say I have more than five partial manuscripts sitting unfinished—proof that I’ve been holding myself back with my own fears of moving forward.
So… welcome to day one of what I hope will be the beginning of a new journey: rediscovering who I was, and more importantly, who I want to become.
